Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating over-the-counter medications and health products
• Provide accurate information about medication usage, storage, and potential side effects under supervision
• Support pharmacy staff with medication inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization
• Process customer transactions efficiently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with medication administration tasks as directed by licensed pharmacists, ensuring proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment in compliance with health regulations
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, offering guidance or directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional

Experience

• Prior experience working in a fast paced customer service focussed environment preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and compassionately
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
