About Us

We are an independent community pharmacy serving a diverse mix of local residents across East London. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge, and a friendly, professional approach.

Location: Manor Park, East London

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well-presented, and reliable candidate to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service, accurate advice, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the pharmacy.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the counter with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Provide advice within your scope and refer to the wider team or pharmacist when appropriate
  • Support all pharmacy team members in daily operations
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, receiving, and merchandising products
  • Handle transactions accurately and maintain a clean, organised counter area
  • Answer telephone and face-to-face queries professionally
  • Promote pharmacy services to patients and the community
  • Work independently and as part of a supportive team
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience as a pharmacy technician is highly desirable.
  • Strong commitment to patient care and customer service excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • IT literate and comfortable learning new systems
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: 32.5 Hours a Week

Alternating shift pattern between early and late shift

Early shift: 9am - 4pm and Late shift: 2pm - 9pm

Weekend cover will be required to cover annual leave

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.71 per hour
