Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience

Main Responsibilities:
As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:
  • As a member of the practice team, you will work closely with our clinicians to help and improve patient care and make cost effective proscribing decisions.
  • You will run daily telephone triage clinics and call in patients for assessment and management where clinically indicated, as well as review and triage pathology results, contacting patients. Provide practice-based review clinical to those with LYCs or complex health needs.
  • Review and action incoming hospital correspondence, particularly with regards to medicine reconciliation or initiation, liaising with local pharmacies to improve patient outcomes.
  • Lead practice repeat prescription service and deal with queries from reception staff and patients. Also participate in home visits and immunisations initiatives.
