Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK)

Hours: Flexible – Work Around Your Existing Commitments
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, HCPC Registered Clinical Psychologist to join our expanding multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking for flexible work with competitive remuneration while undertaking high-quality psychological assessments and medico-legal reporting.
The role is ideal for psychologists who have experience in, or are interested in, medico-legal work and expert witness reporting. We welcome applications from professionals looking to work on either a self-employed associate basis or as an employed member of our team.
The Role
You will undertake psychological assessments and produce comprehensive, evidence-based reports for a range of referral types, including:
- MedCo and personal injury psychological assessments
- Medico-legal reports for solicitors and insurers
- Immigration psychological reports
- Trauma and PTSD assessments
- Psychological assessments for victims of abuse, violence, and other traumatic experiences
- Capacity and diagnostic assessments where appropriate
- Treatment recommendations and prognosis reporting
Most assessments last up to one hour, followed by report writing completed in your own time. Reports should be clear, professional, and compliant with current clinical and medico-legal standards.

Essential Requirements
- HCPC registration as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy or equivalent).
- Excellent clinical assessment and report-writing skills.
- Strong understanding of trauma-related presentations.
- Ability to produce high-quality, objective, and evidence-based reports within agreed timescales.
- Professional indemnity insurance (if working on a self-employed basis).
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Desirable
- Previous experience producing MedCo or medico-legal reports.
- Experience writing immigration psychological reports.
- Experience assessing PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and other trauma-related conditions.
- Previous expert witness experience.
