  • Provide practical solutions when plans change and help maintain the smooth running of the events team.

About You

  • Has experience in event planning, coordination or management, ideally within hospitality, catering or venues.
  • Is highly organised and confident managing multiple events and competing deadlines.
  • Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Is creative, detail-focused and passionate about delivering memorable experiences.
  • Understands budgets, quotations, suppliers and event logistics.
  • Is proactive, flexible, calm under pressure and happy to get hands-on.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively and takes pride in delivering every event to a high standard.

What We Offer

  • Company pension and annual bonus.
  • Work laptop.
  • Training and development opportunities.
  • A varied calendar of exciting weddings, corporate events and private celebrations.
  • A supportive, creative team and the opportunity to work with fantastic clients, venues and suppliers.
