Level 3 Personal Trainer – Transformation Coach

Locations: Colchester & Ipswich

Hours: 40 hours per weeK

The Role

We are looking for driven, high-energy Level 3 Personal Trainers to join our growing team across Colchester and Ipswich.

This is not a “stand on the gym floor and hope for clients” role. You’ll be stepping into a structured coaching system, delivering results-driven sessions and building strong relationships with members.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver structured group personal training sessions

* Lead group studio classes (HIIT, strength, hybrid-style sessions)

* Provide ongoing member communication, accountability, and support

* Guide members through body transformations

* Deliver a high-energy, coaching-led experience every session

* Support members with advice on training, lifestyle, and habits
