Our client is a well-established organisation within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector, known for its impact in the industry. They operate as a mid-sized entity and are seeking a skilled professional to support their finance team during a transitional period.
Job Description
- Manage the preparation and review of financial statements and reports.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organisational goals.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial controls and processes.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Support the audit process and liaise with external auditors as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Finance Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting.
