Job Summary

The Barn at Moor Hall is a 1 Michelin star and 3AA Rosettes Restaurant.

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and knowledgeable Senior Sommelier to join our expanding team and provide outstanding service to our guests.

Senior Sommelier position, working a 5 day working week.

Working days are Wednesday - Sunday each week. The Restaurant is closed every Monday and Tuesday.

Responsibilities and Duties

To assist the team in providing outstanding service to our guests under the instruction of the Restaurant Manager and The Head Sommelier at Moor Hall. Recommending and serving alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks to ensure our guests have an unbelievable restaurant experience. Stock management, and creating wine pairings. Joining the Moor Hall team at tastings and helping to develop and progress the wine list moving forwards.
