Full job description

We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with two years’ experience in a similar establishment. Don't miss this opportunity to join Ricki Weston and his dedicated team in our state-of-the-art kitchen as they continue to evolve our English Heritage menu - Working a 4-day week, our team also benefit from paid birthday leave, wellness days and unusually for this sector, quality time off at Christmas as we close for 3 days!

Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa is a luxury 5* hotel that operates like a house and feels like a home. The role:

As a chef de partie you will have the responsibility of running a section within the kitchen. All of our hotel food comes from the same kitchen, so we operate as one team - everyone is involved and has the opportunity to gain a wide range of experience from Michelin star dining, to small plates concept restaurant along with pastry and 5* afternoon teas. Whilst working closely with our suppliers and ingredients, you will also be involved in the kitchen garden and the utilization of home grown produce.

A strong leadership team will help with opportunities for personal growth and culinary developments in the next stage of your career.
