Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, extensive culinary experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will assist the Head Chef in managing daily operations, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety are maintained. Duties

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, presentation, and adherence to recipes
  • Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly followed
  • Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
