We are looking for experienced chefs to join Chef Clare Smyth's recently awarded Michelin Star Luxury Bistro in Chelsea. With unwavering ambition and a commitment to excellence, this team will set new benchmarks in fine dining. As a Chef, you will play a key role in upholding the culinary identity of this establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your section with confidence, ensuring every dish reflects the restaurant’s extraordinary aspirations and attention to detail.
  • Execute preparation and service with flawless technique, helping to establish the new standard for excellence.
  • Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation best practices, maintaining a pristine and disciplined workstation.
  • Mentor and inspire junior chefs, instilling a culture of precision, passion, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service, efficiency, and consistency in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Manage stock, inventory, and ingredient quality, maintaining exceptional sourcing and sustainability.
