Restaurant & Bar Manager – Michelin Star – Wiltshire

We are recruiting a Restaurant & Bar Manager for a prestigious luxury hotel in Wiltshire, offering an exceptional opportunity to oversee multiple food and beverage outlets within one of the country's most respected hospitality destinations.

As Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Michelin-starred restaurant, bar, lounge, and terrace, ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered throughout every guest interaction.

Working closely with the Executive Chef team and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the property's exceptional reputation while continuing to develop and inspire your team.

You will be supported by an Assistant Restaurant Manager and Assistant Bar Manager, while also working collaboratively with the wider food and beverage leadership team.

As Restaurant & Bar Manager you will:

  • Lead and oversee all restaurant, bar, lounge, and terrace operations
  • Drive exceptional guest service standards across all outlets
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a talented front-of-house team
  • Support recruitment, training, and succession planning
  • Work closely with the Michelin-starred kitchen team to deliver seamless service
  • Manage staffing levels, rotas, and operational efficiency
  • Monitor departmental performance and financial targets
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
  • Ensure all standards, procedures, and compliance requirements are consistently met

The ideal candidate will have experience within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, or high-quality hospitality operations and possess strong leadership skills alongside a genuine passion for hospitality.
