What are we looking for?
We are looking for a proactive farm auditor and enthusiastic individual to assess and drive compliance for industry, retailer and brand standards across our company and contract producer base. Carry out Glenrath Farm's farm auditor assessment on both company and contracted farms
within own region on a six-monthly basis to establish compliance levels against the
following the farm auditor role would involve:
o BEIC Lion code (both subscriber and self-audit)
o RSPCA
o TESCO
o M&S
o McDonalds
o Any other retail compliance that may arise
o Any other brand compliance that may arise
o Environmental sustainability
Take Ownership to ensure all non-conformances are actioned, resolved, and logged within agreed timeframes.
Carry out Glenrath Farm's assessment at least twice annually within other regions as defined by the Agriculture systems and Standards Manager to ensure the process is maintained on a transparent and consistent basis.

  • Provide feedback and challenge on audit requirements and practices to the Agriculture Systems and Standards manager to support the continuous improvement of the Glenrath Farm's farms assessment process.
