About Us

Established in 1994, Titchfield Group is one of the UK’s largest providers of both Out of Home advertising and commercial property refurbishment services, with offices in both Cuffley and Morecambe.

With over 30 years’ experience in the media, building and commercial sectors, our owners have created, developed, and delivered successful campaigns and projects. This covers a range of building services, including to large scale construction developments. Our company has a zero-tolerance drug and alcohol policy.

The Role

Titchfield Group are seeking an Onboarding & Data Quality Specialist who will be responsible for ensuring all new client screens and sites are accurately onboarded onto the OutWatch monitoring platform. The role involves managing platform setup activities, maintaining the integrity of site and screen information, and performing ongoing data quality reviews to ensure records remain complete, accurate, and up to date.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to ensure monitoring coverage is established promptly for new clients and that historical platform data is regularly reviewed, cleansed, and maintained to support operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Duties include:

  • Configure and onboard new client sites and screens within the OutWatch platform.
  • Ensure all required site, screen, and client information is accurately entered and validated before activation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather missing information required for setup.
  • Monitor onboarding progress and ensure onboarding tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain onboarding documentation and process records.
  • Maintain accurate records for all sites, screens, and monitoring assets within OutWatch.
  • Conduct regular audits of platform data to identify incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.
  • Review historical records and update missing fields where required.
  • Correct data inconsistencies and implement measures to improve data quality.
  • Ensure standard naming conventions and data entry procedures are followed.
  • Support ongoing administration of the OutWatch platform.
  • Assist with screen, site, and asset updates as client estates change.
  • Ensure monitoring assets are correctly assigned and categorised within the system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform configuration and data management processes.
  • Produce reports on onboarding activity, data quality metrics, and outstanding actions.
  • Maintain audit trails of significant updates and changes.
  • Support operational and management reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data management practices align with company standards and procedures.
  • Timely onboarding of new client sites and screens.
  • Accuracy and completeness of site and screen records.
  • Reduction in missing or incomplete data fields.
  • Data quality audit completion rates.
  • Stakeholder satisfaction with onboarding delivery.
  • Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties, as and when required

What is expected of you

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience working with databases, management systems, or monitoring platforms.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with digital signage, monitoring, asset management, or operational platforms.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles.
  • Experience working within client onboarding or implementation functions.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or monitoring systems.
  • Collaborative team player
