Midsummer House is a two Michelin-starred restaurant led by Chef Patron Daniel Clifford, renowned for elegant modern British cuisine, exceptional seasonal produce, and one of the UK’s leading fine dining experiences.
We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie to join our award-winning kitchen team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a chef looking to develop within a professional, ambitious, and fast-paced environment whilst working alongside a highly skilled brigade committed to excellence.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your section efficiently whilst maintaining the high standards expected at Midsummer House. You will work closely with the senior kitchen team to ensure consistency, organisation, and exceptional attention to detail throughout service.
About You
- Previous professional kitchen experience essential
- Passion for food and hospitality
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Excellent attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and progress
- Must have a right to work in the UK.
Michelin experience is not essential; dedication, attitude, and willingness to develop are equally valued.
Working Pattern
The restaurant operates Wednesday to Saturday, and full flexibility across these days is required.
Due to the restaurant’s location, own transport is recommended.
