Location: Liverpool, The Wirral & St Helens

Salary: National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage (depending on age) + Fuel Expenses Paid

Join the Isco Estates Team!

Isco Estates is looking for a reliable and friendly individual with their own vehicle to carry out property viewings across Liverpool, The Wirral and St Helens.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, working independently and has excellent time management skills. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct viewings for prospective tenants.
  • Meet applicants at properties and show them around.
  • Answer basic questions about the property.
  • Provide viewing feedback to our office.
  • Ensure properties are locked and secure after each viewing.
  • Report any maintenance or security issues identified during visits.

Essential Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Own reliable vehicle.
  • Friendly, confident and professional manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Flexible availability, including occasional evenings and weekends.
