Project Manager — GSHP & Water Well Projects
Nicholls Boreholes & Ground Source | Kirdford, West Sussex

Ever wanted to build something that actually matters? We're talking ground source heat pump systems and water wells that'll be running quietly underground for decades — long after the job's done and everyone's moved on to the next site.

We're looking for a Project Manager to take the reins on a varied portfolio of projects, working with commercial and domestic clients across the South. You'll own your projects end to end — design through to drilling, installation, commissioning, and handover — and you'll be the person clients trust to make it happen.

What you'll be doing:

Running multiple projects at different stages, keeping everything on time, on budget, and to a standard you're proud of
Being the main point of contact for clients — no chasing, no surprises, just clear communication
Coordinating drilling and installation teams, subcontractors, and a great internal crew across Sales, Technical, Design, and Finance
Spotting problems before they become problems, and owning the solution when they do
Keeping Monday.com updated like it's gospel (because it is)

What you're like:

Organised enough to juggle several live projects without dropping a ball
A natural communicator — clients, contractors, and colleagues all get the same straight-talking, proactive version of you
Someone who takes pride in the finished job, not just getting it over the line
Comfortable with H&S responsibility and CDM regs (or keen to get properly switched on to them)
A team player — we genuinely believe we're better together, and we mean it
