ROLE: Project Engineer / Manager
HOURS: Full Time (Hybrid working available)
LOCATION: Sellafield Site, Cumbria

We're looking for a Project Engineer / Manager who will support and deliver tasks and projects on the Sellafield site, managing execution in line with CDM, SLSPs, and client requirements.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead task/project execution on the Sellafield site, liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure delivery in line with scope, budget, and time allowances
  • Develop project scope with clients, manage resources efficiently, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor and manage project progress, risks, change control, and financial performance in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, including CDM regulations, PPE usage, and nuclear site procedures
  • Record, manage, and resolve project issues, develop programmes and schedules, and provide regular reporting on project performance
Required Qualifications: applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
  • Proven experience managing the full lifecycle of tasks/projects, including delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of CDM regulations, risk management, and health & safety practices
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, drive value for money, and ensure financial viability
