About us
At Splend, we’re on a mission to fundamentally change the way people own and operate a vehicle. With a strategic focus on Rideshare, we provide our customers straight forward, no strings attached access to vehicle ownership.
But we aren’t just about vehicle ownership; We are also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, and we are leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

About the role
We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in our Cricklewood, North London retail hub. This is a fast-paced, in-person sales role where you’ll help customers choose the right vehicle subscription for rideshare driving. If you enjoy selling face-to-face, hitting targets, and creating great customer experiences, you’ll thrive here.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable subscription solution.
  • Guide customers through the full sales process from enquiry to final sign-up.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales KPIs, including conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and retention goals.
  • Ensure vehicle displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up to date and engaging.
  • Gather customer feedback and share insights with the Team Leader to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Actively contribute to a positive team culture focused on growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role, ideally within a subscription-based, finance or high growth sales environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs in sales performance, customer conversion, or account growth.
  • Strong understanding of consultative/ solution selling, customer service excellence, and the importance of relationship-building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • High attention to detail and strong time management, with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities.
  • Experience or passion for the automotive or mobility industry (desirable).
  • A full, unrestricted UK Driver’s Licence (must have).
  • Comfortable commuting to our Cricklewood, North London Hub daily.
  • Ability to work weekends as required.

What we offer

  • Performance based bonus
  • Flexible leave options, providing more time for rest & recovery
  • Health and Wellbeing benefits
  • Employee Assisted Program
  • Dedicated Learning & Development Platform to support Career growth
  • Health insurance and a monthly wellness allowance
