Full job description

We are looking for a full-time Mobility Specialist with a driving licence and eligibility for a DBS check, ideally with experience in prescriptive wheelchairs and powerchairs.

We deliver personalised solutions with expert guidance and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting the most suitable mobility products to meet their individual needs.
  • Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain features with clarity and empathy.
  • Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are presented professionally.
  • Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support customers with after-sales service, including warranties, maintenance advice, and prescriptive mobility solutions.
  • Keep up-to-date with new products and industry developments.

Skills and Experience

Must-have:

  • Full UK driving licence valid for operational duties (some vehicle use may be necessary)
  • Eligibility for a DBS check (Standard or Enhanced depending on customer contact/role requirements)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with mobility products, prescriptive wheelchairs, or healthcare equipment is strongly desirable.
  • Empathetic and patient approach when supporting customers with mobility needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic technical aptitude to safely demonstrate and explain products.

Hours & Location

  • Full-time positions only.
  • Based at our Shefford store; occasional travel may be required as part of role responsibilities.
