Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for Care Assistants to join our team at Rutland Manor Nursing Home.

Rate of pay and hours: The rate of pay is in line with national minimum wage, with increments for NVQ 2 and 3. You would be required to work on a rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays.

Days: 07:30-19:30

Nights: 19:30-07:30

The responsibilities of the Care Assistant role:

As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care and support to people with all aspects of daily living. We are looking for people who are caring, understanding and passionate about supporting others. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not essential as we will provide you with an induction and ongoing support and training.
