Marshwood Farm Ltd is a growing dairy manufacturer based in Slough, and we are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Technical Co-ordinator & Production Planner.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with experience in dairy processing who has excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage production planning alongside technical and quality responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling daily production activities
  • Coordinating raw materials, stock, and production requirements
  • Maintaining technical and quality documentation
  • Supporting food safety, traceability, and HACCP procedures
  • Assisting with audits and compliance activities
  • Monitoring production efficiency and supporting continuous improvement
  • Working closely with production, warehouse, and management teams
  • Ensuring high standards of food safety and product quality are maintained

Requirements

  • Experience within dairy processing or food manufacturing
  • Strong organisational and planning ability
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge or experience of BRC standards preferred
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Reliable and proactive approach to work
  • working hours 7.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday

Pay: £33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
