Recruitment and HR Coordinator

Sheppard Robson is recruiting a Recruitment and HR Coordinator to join its team in London.

This role combines hands-on recruitment coordination with broader HR support across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with the HR Director and wider team, this role supports our London, Manchester and Glasgow offices, helping to attract talent, coordinate interviews, extend offers of employment and to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

The role also contributes to HR initiatives, including learning and development, work experience programmes, and HR reporting.

We are looking for someone who is extremely organised, detail-oriented, and a confident communicator, with previous experience in recruitment coordination and/or HR, ideally within the built environment.

This is a 12-month fixed-term role based in London, with occasional travel to our Manchester and Glasgow offices required.
