Founded in 2008, we are an international team that works with incredible and globally-recognized clients all over the world, particularly in the US TV industry.

Whether it’s developing our own products, producing engaging social content en-masse, or designing and delivering services to help our clients work more efficiently, our work is varied, exciting, and at the very forefront of the latest technology and trends.

RESPONSIBILITIES
What can you expect?
Reviewing never-before-seen TV episodes before they’re released

Using Adobe Suite to produce high quality short form video content for high profile US TV clients

Designing new or working with existing motion graphics packages

Suggesting creative solutions and putting forward own ideas for engaging and innovative content

Self-evaluating and reviewing own work before presenting to line manager

Developing own skills by learning from other team members and through independent research

QUALIFICATIONS
What's important to us:
Intermediate to advanced understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop

A basic level of proficiency is definitely not a deal-breaker but willingness and determination to learn would be compulsory

Knowledge of encoding and optimisation for specific social platforms

Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines while maintaining accuracy

Excellent eye for detail

Strong editorial sense both visually and in terms of storytelling

Ability to adjust well to feedback and changing priorities

High work-ethic and self-motivation

Flexibility

We’re a remote-first company and support 100% remote working, usually you will be starting your day at 10am GMT, but to best serve our US clients, we are looking for people who can work at least one late shift (1:30pm-10pm GMT) per week.

So, some days you’ll need to be flexible to work later if there’s a key delivery to a US client, but any time can be taken back.

Joining us means becoming an integral part of the whole team no matter where we’re physically working, we have a number of initiatives to create a team environment regardless of geographic location.

SALARY
Up to £27,000 per year, depending on experience and skills.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Fixed term until the end of January 2025. At that point there will be the potential to extend into a full-time permanent position, either in our Edinburgh office or remote within the UK.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
There is only one recruitment step - a meeting with Nina our Head of Content Production and James our Video Editing & Motion Graphics Manager, (60 minutes via MS Teams). During the meeting, they get to know you a bit better and try to understand if you’d be a good fit for the role, and at the same time answer all your questions.
