Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer vehicle orders and associated administration.
  • Tax vehicles, order stock and customer vehicles, and assist with finance documentation.
  • Coordinate new and used vehicle deliveries.
  • Manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous vehicle sales administration experience is desirable, although candidates with strong administrative experience will be considered.
  • Experience using Kerridge (Keyloop) or a similar dealer management system would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently.
  • Motor trade or automotive experience is preferred but not essential.
