Salary: OTE £42,000 (uncapped) per annum

What you will be doing:
  • Strive to exceed all sales targets and objectives
  • Appraise and negotiate part-exchange vehicles
  • Proactively use the customer database to maximise sales and retention
  • Maximise profitability across motorcycle and accessory sales
  • Monitor and follow up on sold orders
  • Take part in ongoing training to develop product, technical, and industry knowledge

What we need from you:
  • Full motorcycle licence (essential)
  • Previous industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Self-motivated, driven, and reliable
  • Good IT skills, including MS Office
