Ocean Group is the new home of Triumph Motorcycles in Plymouth and we are looking for a Motorcycle Technician to join our newly formed Triumph team.

Your role
As a Motorcycle Technician you'll spend most of your time in our workshop maintaining our New and Used Motorcycles to the high standards expected. It involves carrying out inspections, repairs and services, checking motorcycles against VOSA legislation, and handling and storing parts.

You'll also make sure all necessary Visual Health Checks are completed, that paperwork is accurate and up to date. You will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are completed within agreed timeframes and that a high level of productivity is maintained. You will communicate with the Aftersales team so that the customer is updated on the progress of their motorcycle. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Your profile
  • You will be an experienced Motorcycle Technician with a strong understanding of modern motorcycles, ideally with previous experience working with Triumph or other premium motorcycle brands.
  • You will take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality servicing, repairs and diagnostics, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to first-time fix standards.
•You will be confident using current diagnostic equipment and able to communicate technical information clearly and professionally to colleagues and customers.•You will work safely, efficiently and independently, while also contributing positively to a newly formed and growing Triumph team.
  • You will hold relevant formal qualifications and be enthusiastic about continuing your development through Triumph Motorcycles excellent training programme, fully supported by Ocean Triumph Plymouth.
  • You will hold a full Category A motorcycle licence.
