What You'll Do

• Provide investment support and product expertise to sales teams across Europe, responding to investor enquiries and equipping client-facing colleagues with market and product insights.
• Represent the multi-asset investment offering at client meetings, webinars and marketing events, pitching funds, presenting performance and macro updates, and supporting distribution efforts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive competitor research, product analysis and regular reporting on product performance, market developments and competitor positioning to identify opportunities and risks.
• Conduct analysis to support strategic initiatives across the multi-asset product range, preparing and presenting recommendations, business cases and research findings to senior management to help shape the future product lineup.
• Lead and support product reviews, fund initiatives and strategic projects from inception through implementation, defining scope, requirements, timelines and deliverables while contributing to fund governance forums and product health monitoring.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across investment, sales, marketing, legal, product development and international teams, partnering with global colleagues to share best practices and support strategic priorities.
• Support the preparation of RFPs, due diligence questionnaires and bespoke client requests, providing investment content, data and thought‑leadership materials to underpin business growth and client engagement initiatives.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in investment management, including product management or a multi-asset role.
• Direct experience with multi-asset funds and a clear understanding of portfolio allocation across equities, bonds and other asset classes.
• Proven background in investment or product management with strong knowledge of markets, asset allocation and multi-asset solutions.
• Experience managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across investment, sales, marketing, legal and international teams.
• Strong analytical, presentation, communication and relationship skills, with a track record of research and clear, insight-led reporting.
• Experience in UK and/or European markets is highly desirable.
• Italian or German language skills are a plus but not required.
