Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000 per annum with the potential to progress up to £33,000 per annum + up to £3,000 commission
Holiday: 12 weeks paid holiday a year

Location: This is a field-based role requiring regular travel. You must be based in the North of England and be willing to travel up to two hours each way from your home address on a daily basis.

Fuel: Fuel card included in addition to salary (UK/EU Driving Licence and own transport is an essential requirement for the role)

The Role
  • Deliver engaging, high-energy assemblies and workshops in primary schools across the UK
  • Excite and inspire children aged 4-11 to want to learn an instrument in a rock band
  • Perform daily in front of the most energised and captivating audience in the world – children!
  • Build lasting relationships with school staff
  • Ensure a smooth experience for new schools starting our lessons
Skills and Experience
  • To be a multi-instrumentalist - skilled on at least 3 of: drums, guitar, keyboard and vocals
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with both children and adults
  • To be dynamic, confident and approachable
  • To thrive on performing and public speaking
  • Enjoy travelling and working independently
  • A full UK/EU driving licence and own transport
    • Sales experience. This is preferred, but not a requirement as training will be provided
