Music Production Bootcamp (Fully Funded)

Location: Birmingham (In Person)
Duration: 12 weeks

Passionate about music production, beat-making, recording, or sound design? The Music Production Bootcamp at BritAsia Academy is designed to help you develop practical creative and technical skills and prepare you for opportunities in the music and media industries.

This practical and engaging 12-week programme takes you through the process of creating, recording, mixing, mastering, and preparing your own music for release. Whether you are a beginner looking to start a creative career or someone wanting to develop your existing production skills, this bootcamp provides the knowledge, tools, and experience to take your music further.

Learning at BritAsia Academy and Pirate Studios in Birmingham, you will gain hands-on studio experience, tutor guidance, and opportunities to collaborate on real creative projects. You will primarily work with FL Studio, developing your skills through individual production tasks and a collaborative group track.

Throughout the programme, you will develop an original track ready for commercial release, prepare a live performance backing track, and create promotional and podcast assets to support your music. You will also collaborate with other learners to record, mix, and present a group project.

These projects will form a practical portfolio that demonstrates your skills to potential employers, clients, and collaborators.

  • Must live within a West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) postcode area
  • Must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
  • Must have valid UK resident identification (No visas accepted)
  • Must not currently be in full-time employment
  • Must not currently be in full-time or part-time education

Pay: £1.00-£5.00 per day
