  • Administering school lettings through the SchoolHire system.
  • Producing reports and maintaining accurate financial and administrative records.
  • Supporting process improvements and ensuring compliance with school procedures.

This varied role requires someone who is comfortable working with financial information, managing multiple priorities and developing positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

They will be able to manage multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, communicate confidently with a wide range of people, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, able to build positive relationships with colleagues, parents, pupils and external organisations, and remain calm and solutions-focused when working under pressure. Above all, they will be committed to supporting the school's values, ethos and commitment to providing an excellent experience for all members of the school community.
