Start Date Jan 2025.

Part time hours, plus 30p per mile mileage, £14.20 training pay and teaching pay p/hour £19.25 - £21.40

Junior Jam require a new staff member to cover Music PPA sessions for the following timetable:

  • Wednesday - Friday 11:45 - 15:30 PE10

Junior Jam have the pleasure of delivering PPA into hundreds of schools across England. We currently have a high demand for Music primary instructors.

** Please note that Qualified and Unqualified teachers are welcome to apply for this role**

This role is for a Music cover supervisor position. All lesson plans and resources are supplied. Any school reports will be paid additionally, and you are not required to attend parent evenings.

For the candidate we hire this role provides a way into teaching and gives valuable experience leading classroom. When you go into a classroom, with full support from Junior Jam, you take on the role of a classroom teacher. Delivering wide variety of engaging musical subjects for the academic year and longer. Junior Jam always offers full training for all subject areas.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Previous experience teaching in Classrooms, groups, or 1:1 tuition.
  • A passion for teaching.
  • Driving license and car to be able to transport your resources (required)
  • Knowledge in one or more of the following:

- Piano
- Singing
- Music theory
- Drumming
- Songwriting
