At MoreLife, we believe in empowering people to be their best — including our staff. You’ll be part of a passionate, expert, and supportive team that shares one goal: helping individuals and communities live healthier, happier lives.

About the role:

As a Contract Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of contracts, leading on performance, quality, and growth. You’ll work closely with commissioners, partners, and delivery teams to ensure our services meet targets and continuously improve.

  • Contribute to service development, contract renewals, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent MoreLife at contract review meetings and external events.
  • Produce regular reports and insights that evidence success and support future growth.

You’ll also bring a deep understanding and appreciation of health services — you know it, and you love it. Local knowledge is key to your success in this role. You’ll use your insight into the communities, challenges, and opportunities to build strong connections with local partners and services, ensuring we deliver the very best for service users.
