Full job description

About the Role

Precor and Peloton Commercial are seeking a commercially minded and growth-oriented leader to establish and accelerate our Hospitality business across the EMEA region. Reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, this role will lead the establishment of Hospitality as a strategic growth vertical across Direct Markets (UK & DACH) and Distributor-led Export Markets.

As a key driver of regional expansion, the successful candidate will define and execute go-to-market strategies, cultivate strategic partnerships, and deliver sustainable revenue growth across hospitality, residential, and wellness-focused segments. This individual will be responsible for elevating brand presence, increasing market share, developing high-impact account strategies, and creating scalable commercial programs that position Precor and Peloton Commercial as the preferred fitness and wellness partners throughout EMEA.

This role combines strategic market development with hands-on business leadership requiring strong commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.

This is a remote role supporting the EMEA market. Candidates must reside within the UK and have reliable transportation to support travel requirements of 50% or more.

Please note, Precor cannot provide VISA sponsorship or transfers at this time. Applicants must be authorised to work in the country without sponsorship both now and in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the EMEA Hospitality Go-to-Market strategy across Direct and Distributor markets.
  • Drive revenue growth through hotel groups, resorts, residential operators, serviced apartments, and wellness-focused hospitality brands.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans for key hospitality groups, ownership companies, operators, consultants, and developers across EMEA.
  • Build strategic relationships with hospitality operators, ownership groups, architects, designers, and industry influencers.
  • Increase Precor and Peloton Commercial brand awareness and market share within Hospitality and Residential segments.
  • Create scalable sales programmes and commercial frameworks to support growth across EMEA.
  • Partner with UK, DACH, and Export sales teams to embed hospitality-focused growth plans.
  • Develop distributor capabilities, tools, and programmes to accelerate hospitality opportunities in local markets.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Commercial teams to strengthen the hospitality proposition and generate customer demand.
  • Represent Precor and Peloton Commercial at industry events, customer engagements, and strategic partner meetings.
  • Maintain robust pipeline management, forecasting, CRM discipline, and performance reporting to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years' experience in business development, sales leadership, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of building new business channels and delivering sustainable commercial growth.
  • Experience working across multiple international markets, including distributor-led sales models.
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and securing strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and operational levels.
