Full job description

Excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie to progress through this very busy hotel. This is a fast paced environment serving restaurant lunches and dinners as well as a busy event schedule.

As Chef de Partie you will manage a specific section in the kitchen, and be responsible for the following:

  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes
  • Working together with the kitchen team, but competent working individually on any given section within the kitchen
  • Associated preparation tasks for service
  • Being responsible for your allocated section during service
  • Assisting with the management of health and safety
  • Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
  • Monitoring portion and waste control

You should be motivated and have a passion for the hospitality industry, willing to learn and driven. Communication skills, a strong work ethic and a can do attitude are a must.
