About the role

We're looking for a proactive and organised HR Business Partner Support to join our team, working alongside our HR Business Partners to help deliver meaningful, value-adding HR support and bring people plans to life across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to build your HR career in a role where no two days are the same - supporting everything from talent planning to organisational change.
What you'll be doing
You'll play a key role in enabling the delivery of the people plan by providing professional, dependable HR support to both the HR team and the wider business.
You'll:
- Provide proactive, professional HR support to HR Business Partner teams, helping deliver people plans and value-added HR support
- Support talent management, workforce and succession planning, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
- Contribute to organisation change programmes, supporting both design and implementation
- Provide project management support, tracking progress and keeping stakeholders informed
- Support research, analysis and reporting to drive HR initiatives forward
- Identify opportunities to improve how HR supports the business and help implement solutions
- Maintain up-to-date HR knowledge and contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives
- Take ownership of your work within HR programmes and projects
- Provide flexible support across a range of HR activities, including ad hoc administrative tasks

Essential
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills.
- Experience of working within a large, complex and fast moving organisation.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Resilient, Adaptable and Flexible.
- IT literate, strong excel, word and PowerPoint knowledge.
- Experience of event coordination and facilitation.
- Research and analytical skills.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Experience of supporting the delivery of HR initiatives and projects.
Desirable
- CIPD Qualified or relevant HR Support experience.
