Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef who is interested in working with a dynamic team of food-oriented professionals. This position requires the ability to multi-task, great organizational skills and an eagerness to develop new culinary skills and techniques. We're looking for an individual who is planning for long-term growth to join our growing family!

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards.
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment.
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift.
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.

Previous experience:

  • Worked in a fast-paced / high-pressure kitchen
  • Experience cooking Cantonese / Chinese food
  • Min 1 year: operating a wok
  • Working in a team
  • Positive and approachable manner
  • Knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin language preferred.
