About Us:
We’re a group of five bespoke Pubs near Gatwick, celebrated for our exceptional gastro food, warm atmosphere and unique charm.

We strive to provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. We're a busy Pub with a focus on excellent customer service and quality dining experiences. Join our dynamic team and be part of something special!

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly Front of House Staff to join our new Pub team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, ensuring that they have an enjoyable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Present menus and explain daily specials.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining area and utensils.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Process payments and handle cash, credit cards, or other forms of payment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and team player mentality.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus.
