As an Area Manager at Screwfix, you'll have the opportunity to lead up to 22 stores across the South-East, shaping performance, inspiring teams and delivering exceptional experiences for our customers.
You'll lead Branch Managers to unlock the potential of every store, building high-performing teams, driving growth and creating a culture where colleagues can thrive. You're an experienced multi-site leader who knows how to build high-performing teams and elevate store performance. You bring clarity, energy and direction, balancing strong commercial focus with a genuine passion for developing people.
