ASH is an independent pub/restaurant group require talented Chef de partie to join our team in Sutton Coldfield. We can offer amazing training and career progression opportunities. If you are dedicated and want to climb the culinary ladder this is the job for you.

Responsibilities:

- Ability to assist senior chefs in running sections and food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as required.

Skills / Experience :

- Proven experience as a chef de partie - Minimum 3 years working in a fresh food kitchen.
- MUST have experience and expertise in fresh food.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Some knowledge of kitchen best practices and cooking techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment
