As Night Concierge, you will be a key ambassador of the hotel during overnight hours, delivering exceptional, personalised service while ensuring a seamless and reassuring guest experience throughout the night. You will play an important role in connecting guests to the very best of London, anticipating their needs and curating thoughtful arrangements, all while maintaining a calm, discreet and professional presence. This role is ideal for a confident and service‑oriented individual who thrives in an independent, detail‑focused environment and takes pride in exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, including transportation, dining reservations and personal requests, particularly during overnight hours
  • Anticipate and fulfil guest needs with efficiency, discretion and a personalised approach
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on the hotel and surrounding area, including late‑night and early‑morning options
  • Handle all guest calls, messages and requests promptly, ensuring accurate follow‑up and resolution
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and update logbooks for effective shift handovers
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy and a solution‑focused mindset
  • Maintain a visible yet discreet presence, ensuring guest comfort, safety and wellbeing overnight
  • Uphold brand standards in service delivery, presentation and communication at all times
  • Support pre‑arrival preparations and daytime operations through effective overnight planning

Core Competencies

We are seeking a composed and service‑driven professional who demonstrates confidence, discretion and a passion for guest experience. You will bring strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently. You should have:

  • Previous experience in a Concierge or guest‑facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel environment
  • A strong passion for customer service and personalised guest engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and calm approach
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during overnight shifts
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of London, including key attractions, transport and services (advantageous)
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure in a quiet but dynamic environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Impeccable personal presentation aligned with luxury standards
  • A collaborative mindset, ensuring effective communication with day and night teams
