As our Casual Food & Beverage Bartender you will...

You will provide friendly, engaging service while supporting the day-to-day operation of the bar and wider Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve a range of drinks, including cocktails, wines, beers and speciality beverages, developing a strong knowledge of our menus and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience. You'll be expected to support with opening and closing procedures, maintaining bar presentation, cleanliness and stock levels, while following all licensing and food safety standards. As part of the wider team, you will also assist with restaurant and event service by taking food and drink orders, serving meals and helping to deliver excellent hospitality across the hotel.

To ensure you will be successful in your role you will need to possess,

* Previous experience in a similar or other related role within hospitality (desirable)

* Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills - A strong team player

* Self-motivated and good organizational skill

* Knowledge of hospitality practices is beneficial

* Familiarity with bartending or catering services is a plus

* Understanding of food safety standards is desirable
