Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high levels of food safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties

  • Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen personnel, and baristas, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met consistently.
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the establishment.
