Waldorf Astoria London - Admiralty Arch is seeking Waiters for Café Boulud Restaurant to join the pre-opening team for this highly anticipated new luxury hotel opening later this year.

This is a unique opportunity for experienced luxury hoteliers to join the founding team and help shape the guest experience at this landmark hotel.

Located at the end of The Mall opposite Buckingham Palace, Waldorf Astoria London – Admiralty Arch will feature 100 elegant rooms and suites and 17,500 sqft of private residences. The hotel will open with two signature restaurants - Coreus by Clare Smyth and Café Boulud by Daniel Boulud - bringing together two of the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs. Guests will also enjoy a world-class spa, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, and a collection of grand event spaces, including a ballroom for up to 320 guests.

Responsibilities

⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠What will I be doing?

As a Waiter for Café Boulud Restaurant, you will deliver warm, attentive, and intuitive service throughout service ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and refined experience. You will demonstrate strong product knowledge, impeccable presentation, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.

You will be responsible for the following, performed to the highest standards of luxury hospitality:

• Respond to guest enquiries with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages in full compliance with licensing regulations for residents and non‑residents
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of menus, ingredients, and offerings
• Ensure all mise‑en‑place and service stations are impeccably maintained and fully stocked
• Follow established reporting procedures promptly should any operational or guest issues arise
• Ensure all Food & Beverage orders are delivered accurately, consistently, and within expected service times
• Uphold Hilton grooming and presentation standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
• Comply fully with hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation

Waiters within Hilton’s luxury portfolio represent the highest standards of service, presentation, and professionalism. To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• A consistently positive, polished, and guest‑focused approach
• Clear, confident, and courteous communication skills
• A genuine commitment to delivering refined, high‑touch daytime service
• Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
• Flexibility and adaptability across breakfast, lunch and dinner service periods
• The ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous experience within Food & Beverage or a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
• Experience with cash handling and point‑of‑sale systems
• Knowledge of Food Hygiene and safety regulations
