As Spa Receptionist, you will curate a seamless and intuitive guest journey from the moment of enquiry through to departure, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and serenity of our brand. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional arrival experience, greeting guests with warmth, poise and a personalised approach
• Manage spa reservations, including scheduling, confirmations and guest communications
• Guide guests through their spa journey, offering knowledgeable recommendations on treatments and retail offerings
• Coordinate with Spa Therapists and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle payments and transactions with accuracy, discretion and professionalism
• Maintain immaculate presentation of the spa reception and retail areas
• Support daily spa operations, ensuring a calm, organised and anticipatory environment
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, confidence and a solution‑focused mindset
