What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming our guests,building genuine rapport and making sure they feel looked after from hello to goodbye

Getting to know our food and drinks so you can confidently talk guests through the menu and make great recommendations

Adapting your service to different guests and spotting what they need before they have to ask

Driving sales naturally through brilliant recommendations,upselling and knowing what our guests will love

Working as one team,supporting your section,your teammates and the wider restaurant when things get busy

Keeping the restaurant looking its best and making sure our standards stay high throughout every shift

Getting involved in training,tastings and development,and as you grow,helping newer team members find their feet too
