  • Previous experience within a People & Culture, Human Resources or People Administration role, ideally within hospitality or a luxury service environment.
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards a CIPD qualification is desirable, although relevant HR experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of administrative accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to build positive relationships at all levels.
  • A genuine passion for creating outstanding colleague experiences and supporting people to succeed.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, integrity and discretion.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, with experience using HR systems being advantageous.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pre-opening environment.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to support colleagues wherever needed.

Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling. From time to time, you may be asked to undertake additional responsibilities to support the needs of our guests, colleagues and the successful opening and operation of Fairmont Cheshire, The Mere.
