Full job description

Yuma Sushi are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Front of House team at Yuma Sushi in Chiswick, West London. Yuma Sushi is a well established Japanese Restaurant in Chiswick, we offer high quality, handmade sushi & hot food, we offer eat in, takeaway and a lot of Deliveroo deliveries!

You will be in charge of the shift when the General Manager is not there, you will be looking after the customers, helping with orders and deliveries plus the general restaurant duties including opening and closing. We work with Deliveroo and are always busy with deliveries.

You will be passionate about service and hospitality delivering outstanding dining experiences to all our customers.

Requirements:

Have experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor in hospitality

Excellent customer service skills

Good attention to detail

Be very organised and responsible

Take responsibility when you are in charge of shifts

Good understanding of Health & Hygiene and Food Safety

A friendly attitude and enjoy meeting people

A flair for sales

Above all - be passionate about food!

This position is full time, 40/42 hours per week and includes some weekends and evenings. We close at 9pm or 10pm, so no late nights. We are a small team and are flexible with schedules.

We will give you full training in any areas that are new to you.
