At Tik Taco we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our growing family. Every role plays an important part in delivering the friendly service, authentic food and vibrant atmosphere we're known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality at every opportunity.
  • Prepare, cook, present or serve food and drinks to Tik Taco's high standards, depending on your role.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
  • Help prepare work areas before service and ensure they are clean, organised and fully stocked throughout each shift.
  • Follow company procedures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support colleagues across different areas of the business when required.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues positively.
  • Assist with stock rotation, replenishment and general housekeeping duties.
  • Contribute to creating a fun, welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and teammates.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

  • Previous hospitality, catering or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends and busy event periods.
