Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and hospitality at every opportunity.
  • Prepare, cook, present or serve food and drinks to Tik Taco's high standards, depending on your role.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene and health & safety.
  • Help prepare work areas before service and ensure they are clean, organised and fully stocked throughout each shift.
  • Follow company procedures and recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support colleagues across different areas of the business when required.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues positively.
  • Assist with stock rotation, replenishment and general housekeeping duties.
  • Contribute to creating a fun, welcoming and positive atmosphere for customers and teammates.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.

  • Previous hospitality, catering or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
