Are you a passionate and driven hospitality professional who is looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for an ambitious Restaurant Manager for our busy independent restaurant. The Manager role is extremely hands on with the position being mainly floor focussed.

The Role:

As restaurant manager, your role will include but not limited to:

  • Supervising daily bar and restaurant operation.
  • Managing service standards and staff development.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times and dealing with guests feedback
  • Assigning tasks and coordination, rotas, and staff leave
  • Maintain a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, safety and appearance standards
  • Stock ordering and control with a GP% budget

The Person:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment.
  • Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs.
  • Interest in natural wine, cocktails and a passion for food.
  • Strong IT skills and online booking system experience would be an advantage
  • Personal licence holder
