Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef/Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality meals that delight our guests and uphold our standards of food safety and presentation. Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
  • Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to deliver exceptional meals
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering strictly to food safety regulations
  • Assist in meal planning and ingredient selection to optimize freshness and flavor
  • Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
  • Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and assist with stock rotation to minimize waste
  • Serve meals promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen safety practices and food safety standards
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent understanding of culinary techniques and meal presentation skills
  • Prior experience with food handling, sanitation procedures, and serving protocols
