Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties

  • Oversee food production, preparation, and presentation to ensure quality standards are consistently met
  • Manage food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability
  • Train new employees on service standards, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to guarantee guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of food production processes, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations
  • Experience in serving and food preparation across various culinary styles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations management software and POS systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest service excellence
  • Previous experience in kitchen or culinary roles is highly desirable, including barista experience or bar management knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
