Job Title - Bartender
Department – Steak on Six
Contract Type – Full-time
Rate of Pay – £12.77 per hour + exceptional benefits
Hours – 37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7, including evenings and weekends)

Offering breathtaking views across the South Wales countryside, Steak on Six is renowned for its exceptional dining experience, premium cuts of expertly sourced beef, and outstanding service. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Bartender to join our talented team and help create unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Whether you're crafting the perfect cocktail, recommending a premium spirit, or delivering warm and attentive service, you'll play an important role in ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable visit.

Our Ideal Hero Will Have
Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or luxury hospitality environment
A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and product knowledge
Excellent communication skills and confidence working in a fast-paced, premium dining environment

Prepare and serve a range of premium beverages, cocktails, wines, and spirits to the highest standards

Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, licensing compliance, and brand presentation
